Very quaint, lovely grounds, no tv, comfy bed and great communal kitchen/living space. Great coffee in the communal area. Also, Next door to Schat’s Bakery!! Walking distance to everything Bishop has to offer.

Stayed here pre and post backpacking trip with four middle-aged friends and it was perfect for our needs. Property is quiet and shade of trees is idyllic on hot days. One unit was being remodeled after what appeared to be a fire went through it some time ago. Grass lawn, chairs and fire pit were great. The massive common house kitchen and dining was also cool, but we didn’t use it.
