Overall, our stay was acceptable, but there were several issues that affected the experience.
The air conditioning did not work during our first night, which made it very uncomfortable and caused us to wake up several times due to the heat.
In addition, the door access system was frustrating and became a recurring inconvenience every time we needed to enter the property.
Another important detail that should be disclosed more clearly is the location access. Taxis and rideshare services cannot reach the front entrance and must drop off and pick up guests about a block away, which can be inconvenient, especially when traveling with luggage.
On the positive side, the property is updated, clean, and located in a central area with easy access to many attractions.
However, the overall operation feels more like an Airbnb than a traditional hotel. There is no front desk, no on-site staff, and all communication is handled through WhatsApp. This should be stated more clearly in the listing so guests know what to expect before booking.
While the property has some positive features, greater transparency about the access, service model, and transportation limitations would help set more accurate expectations for future guests.
