Our trip was wonderful. The location is perfect and the hotel was nice and quiet. The only complaint we had was that thr pillows were really uncomfortable. Other than that it was perfect for us!

Solid place to stay. No breakfast or coffee bar but there is coffee in room. Would be nice to have tea as an option and real cups rather than just paper and creamer powder. Room is tasteful and we were upgraded. Appreciated being on 2nd floor and so close to the water even though our room did not have a view. Easy to walk to waterfront and it was quiet at night. Parking lot was chock-ful!

Remodeled Hotel, clean, great service at front desk, drive up to room and unload, walking distance to bay and Morro Rock, had breakfast at the Mayor’s Restaurant!
The only thing was our upstairs neighbors were walking loudly a lot but can’t be helped. Overall, comfortable, safe and convenient.

This is our “go-to” spot in the central coast! 3rd time staying at Blufftop Inn and it has been consistently great. The rooms are updated, modern, and very clean. I found the rooms to have very good ventilation and fresh, and this is coming from a person who is sensitive to scents. Location is within walking distance to Morro Bay harbor. Friendly staff. Will return!

I booked this stay last minute and arrived in the evening. I was pleasantly surprised at the proximity to Morro Rock in the morning. The price was very reasonable. The hotel room was clean, updated, and met my needs. I chose the least expensive option as I was staying alone and only needed the room for sleeping. It was a bit small/cozy, but not an issue for me. I felt safe staying alone. The hotel was a very very short walk to the main street full of restaurants and shops, as well as Morro Rock, and a sea otter nursery. I will definitely stay here again!

The room was tastefully remodeled. It comes across as very modern and sleek. The room is on the small side and has no closet. We don't travel with much luggage so it was not a problem for us.
It's only a 10 minute walk to a lot of restaurants.

Meh…it was alright. Location was great. Did not like the metal around the bottom of the beds at all. Also the shower made the whole floor wet. Otherwise it was fine.

Our room at Blufftop had been recently renovated. It was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable.

Good location. Modern, clean rooms. I’ve stayed at several places in Morro Bay, as I go there 3-4 times a year, and this is one of the nicer hotels in town. Particularly at this price point.

There are a lot of really run down motels in Morro, but this isn't one of them. Everything freshly renovated and clean, very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Highly recommended!

This is a lovely property in a great location, but the building is old, and if you stay on the first floor, and the guests above you are rowdy, you will be up when they are. Next time we will ask to stay on the top floor!

sam made the welcome perfect! rooms were very clean and bright and the bed was cozy.thank you for your kindness and professionalism sam! the walls are a bit thin because we heard the neighbors practicing their kung fu at 4 in the morning 😁 maybe bring earplugs just in case
