Gorgeous views and free parking. Even free charging for electric vehicles.
Very minor criticism: Breakfast starts at 8 am which is a touch late if long hikes are planned for the day.

Location and friendliness from staff.
There was a smell in our room. There were no shutters in the room which made a lot of light entering the room.

Utterly stunning location that was so quiet after the cable cars stopped running, and really handy for Grindelwald First.
Fabulous staff who were so friendly.
Hate to be another one of those people but the flies were so much worse than I expected.
Cable cars to the hotel are incredibly expensive too.

Employees, location, food. Food was amazing, but we could not stay in the restaurant due to flies, and took it to the room. Beautiful view.
Million of flies everywhere. I never ever in life had in place that had clouds of flies. Explanation of stuff why it happened would not refund funds spent. We supposed to stay for two night, but checked out following morning, avoid breakfast due to fly infestation. Never got refund for early check out, but was not charged tax for second night. It is far away from any food places, and very very driving dangerous. Very small steepest road I ever drove.
