Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location for Interrail travellers - close to the station and reception open late at night. Clean, comfortable rooms. Laundry facilities. Good buffet breakfast.
Corridor areas could do with an upgrade. A games room/lounge area would be nice. Rooms and bathrooms were quite small. Some road and train noise at night.

The hotel has a fresh vibe once you enter the reception. Staff is very polite and they even allowed us to check-in earlier.
The room is of adequate size and well-cleaned. It is located very close to the central train station and to the metro station so you can reach the city center in a 10-15 minute metro ride. Belvedere Museum is within a short walk from the hotel.
Overall we had a nice stay!
The lobby and bathroom are renovated, however the main room is a bit outdated even though we were expecting that as shown in the photos. Also, the area around the hotel does not offer many food options especially if you arrive after 8 pm so better be prepared.

The location is excellent for a business stay. The staff was very friendly, and they prepared a lunch packet for me since I was leaving before the breakfast buffet opened.
The breakfast could have been more varied, and the products a bit fresher. The room, however, was very warm.
