Good on a budget, not for a nice stay.

The property was very clean and tidy with a massive balcony which had a really nice view of the sea, it was also located within a 2 minute walk of a big supermarket and 5 minutes from the beach and restaurants. In addition, the pool and sunbed area were also well looked after and clean. The day staff (which were two women) were lovely and helpful as well, when we asked to check out before the designated checkout time, they stated we could just leave the key on the table and close the door behind us. We also paid the €200 deposit using a credit card, which was returned to us an hour or so after we checked out.

While the apartment was clean and tidy, it also had some drawbacks. We weren't aware that the air conditioning was only in the living room, meaning that the bedroom was very hot and uncomfortable to sleep in at night. In addition it was leaking all over the floor so we had to keep a bucket underneath it and it barely worked to keep the room cool. Also, this might be an error on our part as we may have not checked the amenities in the room thoroughly enough, but there was no kettle in the room, so we had to boil water in a pot for coffees. This aside, our primary issue was the night staff, especially the rude bald man. Past 22:00 this hotel turns into a bit of a prison with the night staff patrolling the ground with annoying quickly flashing, bright flashlights into people's windows which they think are causing issues but were not a problem at all. One of the rules was to not play any loud music past 22:00, which we respected as we did not want to be a disturbance but we were told twice on separate occasions to turn off music which was playing at a speaking volume from a phone, while the people above us were stomping and playing louder music inside the flat and weren't reprimanded. In addition, another night when we were playing card games on the balcony, before midnight, the night staff worker proceeded to shine the flashlight onto us and asked for us to be quiet (we were not being loud by any means, but our room was right in sight of the reception desk). He then proceeds to point at my friend and make her give him her name, thinking that she is not a guest there for whatever reason as he has never seen us before this moment and there were three people on the balcony (3 guests were registered). After obnoxiously taking out a list of guests and checking it with his flashlight he walks away and does not even apologise. We thought this was ridiculous and not a way to treat your customers at all, especially since we stayed here a week and spent €750.

We were looking for accommodation with AC. In description was mentioned that has- but only one unit located at the living room /kitchen area. So the bedroom has no AC. Not enough pillows for 3 people. Very basic for the money we paid.

A good option for the vacation week

The building has an elevator, as well as a pool and lounge chairs. The apartment was clean; we stayed in Room 4 on the first floor. It had a geyser coffee maker, pots and pans, a refrigerator, plates with spoons and cups, knives, a microwave, a stove, air conditioning, bedding and pillows for the sofa and the bed, towels. The bathroom is excellent; there’s a balcony and a clothes dryer, as well as a safe in the room. The hotel also has strict rules about not making noise after 11:00 p.m., which suited us just fine, and that's exactly what we expected from all the other guests. It's really nice that the hotel provides a clean sponge and dish soap, as well as a tablecloth. The view from the hotel is beautiful. What else should travelers know? It’s about a 10-minute walk to the beach and a 30-minute walk to the clubs, and the hotel itself is located on a hill, keep that in mind; you’ll have to climb quite a bit to get there.

Despite the hotel’s strict rule against making noise after 11 p.m., our neighbors kept changing sometimes upstairs, sometimes next door, and they’d make noise from time to time; once we even had to call security to come and ask to stop a party on the floor above us. The girls were just walking around the apartment in high heels and screaming. We really missed having a kettle in the apartment, and the nonstick coating on the pans was worn off! If the toilet paper runs out, you have to buy more with your own money. One roll costs 20 cents, is it really that hard to give us one more? It was awkward for us to have to buy six rolls for just one day.

Dichtbij de zee en winkeltjes. Zeer rustig.

Er was geen koffie machine, het appartement is te voet moeilijk te bereiken via een helling. Onze balkon was voor 3 personen zeer klein. Tafeltje met 2 stoelen en stond vol. deze balkon is geschikt voor 1 persoon.
