I liked the location of the apartment in the Český Krumlov castle, the location was superb and the public parking lot wasn't too far from the accommodation to bring all my luggage despite being located in the pedestrian area. The apartment was spacious and it was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't want the hotel breakfast because we wanted to try some local cafés but the apartment had a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, hot water kettle, stove top, microwave and all the dishes, so we could easily prepare any meal. And there was complimentary tea available. The beds were comfortable and there was a spacious bathroom with a bathtub.
The apartment was a bit dark and the wooden floors were quite creaky and it made loud noises whenever we walked. Also we could hear all the noise, people talking, cars driving, from the street below despite the closed windows. It was a bit cold in the apartment but the heating was not on yet since we arrived in September. Also the apartment wasn't very cozy, it didn't give a homely vibe despite being very clean and furnished in solid wooden furniture, it lacked a comfy vibe that we were looking for.

It’s at a great location in old town. It’s really spacious and perfect for a family. It was exceptionally clean as well.
There was no housekeeping despite the fact that as per instructions in the room we left a sign to make our room before 11am.
There is no mirror other than in the bathroom.
We were told initially that there is a parking garage 100 m away but were told only at the time of booking the parking slot that it would be unavailable due to a town festival. That meant hauling luggage all the way. Not pleasant.
Lastly, we didn’t know that despite living in the city, we would need tickets to the festival to access our own rooms! It sounded ridiculous. Security told us accommodations usually provide QR codes for discounted tickets but we were not informed of any of this.
