Excellent location, good facilities and well organized.
Given it is riverfront, access by car can be dificult for wider models. It is also very humid, but these things are consequences of the good location and manageble.

Breakfast and the pictures of the accomodation in the hotel offer
Room was as wide as the bed. The bath was at the footend of the bed. Had to climb into the bed from the footend
The 2 chairs were uncomfortable wooden foldup chairs. No space for suitcases.
Smaller than a tiny house, which was silly for two 60- plus travelors...
