Was as expected for price.clean basic and friendly.2 mins from Paddington stations.lots of nice restaurants.macdonalds on corner.security around the street for all the hotels and Little park. Felt very safe.
A couple of lamps didn't work and had to plug kettle in on floor as electric switch didnt work.

Location was very convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Paddington Station and only few minutes from bus stops. The staff were decent and helpful, they let us leave our bags at the hotel since we arrived before check-in time.
The room was small for 2 people and the toilet bin was still full when we arrived. We got a noise complaint despite not talking or making any unusual noise, which was honestly ridiculous for a budget 3-star hotel where you can naturally hear other guests showering, using hair dryer, etc. If you expect complete silence then this probably isn’t the place for you.
