great base for doing more of the GR92. Richard on reception was very helpful and friendly, felt very welcome

right on the sea front with a balcony. just far enough out of the main restaurant bar area so nice and quiet in the evenings

It was really clean, close to the sea 🌊, amazing view.

Wife - it's awful, stupid system 100% - password is changeevery5 minutes and we need triedagainswich on it. Not comfortable mattress and not cleaning rooms or change towels, only one time in the week , deposit 100€ , many things here on booking not says. I think it will be better know all rules before arrival.

Perfect vacation for 2+2 family with great view and super host.

Our stay was perfect and we are more then happy that we have choose El Sorral. For sure we will recommend this place to our friends. - Fantastic location, first line to the sea and beach, also close to the city center, shops, restaurants etc.. - Super friendly and helpfull host Richard. Really, I'm not exaggerating, that guy is amazing, check the other opinions. - View from balcony - absolutely stunning - Accomodation is quite basic but the apartment size, almost full kitchen equipment, big refrigerator etc. makes this place perfectly fitted for 2 weeks of vacation (even more would be perfect as well). We never felt that there was lack of anything. - reasonable price - We knew that there is no AC so we are not considering it as a drawback, but I know that people not always read everything and may be suprised with such fact. Of course it would be much better with AC but it was easy to get the air moving between balcony and bedroom window so even if it was hot, it was not a big problem. Powerfull fan included in apartament also did it job efficently so suprisingly we didn't have any issues with temperature in the apartment even if it was 36 C outside.

- WiFi is very weak and unstable. Not a big deal but sometimes there was no possibility to connect at all. - Sometimes it was a bit noisy. Bedrooms have windows to blind, technical spaces with water pipes, ventilation infrastructure etc, so you can hear some noises from it. Also the door shut's in a bit noisy way so if the person from next apartament are goinging in\out they can wake you up. Generally the staircase should be better sound isolated from the appartement. - It's great to have lift but inside it was like a dry sauna :) But those drawbacks honestly dosen't matter - they magically disappear when You come to the balcony and look on the see and Palomera. Place is a solid 10/10

Very good

The hosts Richard and Montserrat are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is large and clean, the kitchen is well equipped (even clothes pegs!). The view from the balcony is terrific because there is only the road between the house and the beach. Town, sights and shops within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay! Barbara & Andy

Best apartments I've ever been into, but Costa Brava cannot compete with Costa Dorada

Best apartments I've ever been into! Thank you, Richard, for the lovely stay in El sorrall! First line, the sea is right here. Mercadona (food market) is 10 minutes walk. City center and port are very close. The best host ever, Richard is very attentive and welcoming guy, you can always apply with any kind of question to. Apartment is large and comfortable, bed is very good, kitchen is very well equipped. If you need something extra or special, you can always ask Richard. Towels and bed are being changed once a week, they just put clean ones in front of your door, so it is very convenient.

As it's the first sea line, be ready for noisy evenings and party during holidays (like we were in the middle of Saint Joan, there were a lot of fireworks and we couldn't sleep almost the whole night). Sea is very stormy almost everyday, Costa Brava is more snappish, then Costa Dorada. We were uncomfortable with a child there, and I could not swim because of huge waves. Also, keep in mind, that there is not a sand beach, but a pebble beach, so but special aqua shoes. Quite windy.

We were very happy to stay in El Sorral. Richrd has contacted us beforehand and it was nice to know that we were being waited for. Richard provided all the information and was very helpful and freindly. The apartment was nice - clean and practical. The balcony with a seaview - just perfect!

Superb

I loved the location of the apartments. They are just across the road from the beach and every apartment has a fantastic sea view. A five minute walk to the left takes you into Blanes and to the right to the main tourist area. A 10 minute walk takes you to the bus station. They are well equipped, spacious and clean. Richard on reception was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him.

The best ratio price/quality you can ever find!

The whole stay in El Sorral was amazing! The apartment was really big and it contains of two separate rooms - bedroom and kitchen with dining room. The view from the balcony was just astonishing! Everything was clean, the apartment was fully prepared for our coming. You have variety of really good restaurants nearby, as well as shops, pharmacy and so on. Richard is the best host we have ever had - he is really caring and honest, the contact is easy and he knows English perfectly (it is important in Spain!). We are planning our trip to El Sorral next year!

Our staying was too short :( The booking.com wants me to write at least 2 sentences but there was nothing I can complain about (which is actually quite interesting, because I'm Polish).

Location is great. View from the balcony is fabulous. The host, Richard is very helpful.

It would be nice to have more bath towels and if beach towels, umbrella, etc. Would be provided, it would be awesome. Similar rental properties in the US do so.

Perfect location with the sea view. The apartment was very clean and has everything you need. The host Richard was really nice and friendly.

If you open the window in the bedroom you can hear the pipes.

Splendid view from upper floor.

The location is absolutely beautiful, some 20 meters till water, really quiet, family friendly, but most of all is a family business and they treat you like in family. I just felt their warmth. Thanks allot and hope I'll be seeing you again. Best regards family Potoroaca.

The matress is a bit old and and not so comfortable ( my wife's experience,) I missed a separate garbage bin, we had to separate the garbage and was a bit hard.

Fantastic location in beautiful Blanes😊

Great location with magnificent sea view ..everything you need in apartment for self catering..excellent value for money..lovely restaurant downstairs and close to all shops and restaurants..very quite and peaceful at night...Richard at reception was a pleasure to deal with..would defnitley return...

2nd bedroom a little small would be fine as a single room...
