The house is perfectly located, it’s very central and close to everything, yet very quiet! The studio itself is quite comfortable as well.
When I arrived I’ve noticed the apartment not to be vacuumed or mopped - there were pieces of plastic wrapper and some crumbs on the floor and the table, the carpet near bed didn’t look clean either. The first morning I woke up to ants infestation, which was fixed by the owner within a day, but still costed me some stress and back and forth communication with Booking since I couldn’t get a hold of the owner for couple of hours. Together with my insects complaint I also reported the apartment not being cleaned properly, yet when I came back in the evening - the ants were gone, but the apartment was still not cleaned. Attaching a pic of the carpet for example. My room was advertised as a lake view, yet the main window is covered with cobwebs and birds shit. The owners need to properly invest into proper cleaning and insects control and the place will shine.

An easy chair may be more appreciated than breakfast bar stools.
