Kind receptionist; excellent location in Cannaregio; quiet & clean; large airy rooms on a canal, with a tiny kitchenette
The shower is awful- regardless of temp choice, it cycles Boil-Freeze-Boil-Freeze and we dreaded using it!

Every thing including the location. It was very near to st. Lucia Venezia station. The area is a safe and very peaceful. The hotel was very well designed and maintained. Loved it
I couldn't make tea on stove. Might be I was not operaing it in right manner

The apartment is in a great location and the staff were all lovely. They left recommendations which was handy so we didn’t have to think or try too hard to find good food.
There is no ‘comfort staples’ provided - body wash, shampoo, coffee or tea. The pull out lounge was convenient to accommodate 2 couples however there is nowhere else comfortable to sit once it becomes a bed so keep that in mind because you’ll do a lot of walking around Venice and want to put your feet up.
