Posizione super: vicino alla stazione, al supermercato del Teatro Italia, al McDonald e in zona tipicamente abitata da veneziani, quindi con prezzi normali anche al bar. Ai lati del portone ci sono 2 ristoranti, con possibilità di asporto. Ottimi il wifi e l’aria condizionata
Purtroppo è poco curato e la sala comune d’ingresso potrebbe essere pulita meglio, mentre i bagni e la camera sono puliti. Da svecchiare e ci sono dei lavori da fare

Fantastic location. Close to the train station and multiple vaporetto stops close by. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Bathrooms were clean. Lots of restaurants & stores close by.
Aircon in the room was a portable unit and struggled to keep up with the heat & couldn’t be left on overnight as it was very loud. Some kitchen facilities didn’t work for the first day and a half but once host was notified it was fixed.
