Das Buchen von 2 Tagen Frühstück hat leider an einem Tag nicht geklappt da ich vergessen wurde. Das einchecken hat am Anreisetag leider auch erst nach über einer Stunde am Telefon geklappt und es war für mich gar nicht einfach damit klar zu kommen, da es das erste mal ohne Ansprechperson vor Ort für mich war. Alles andere war okay. Liebe Grüße
Eine Ansprechperson vor Ort zu haben mit der man deutsch sprechen konnte. Die Öffnungszeiten des Frühstücksbereichs waren nicht überall identisch. Start und Ende der Frühstückszeit.

Zimmer war blitzsauber und neu renoviert. Sehr schönes Bad, Ich vermute ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer als Einzelzimmer (Bett hatte Queen size)? Zimmer lag nach hinten, nicht zur Hauptstrasse.
Benachbarte Kirchturmglocken sind bei offenem Fenster etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Clean. Good shower. Location central.
Less than 24 hours before (so no time to cancel) being told the hotel is still being renovated and we were to stay in a next door building. Arriving following complex instructions to find the key box only to get the wrong key from our passcode. Calling the helpline after trying to find a room (for which we had the wrong key) and being laughed at. Then finally receiving correct code to get in key. Been charged 7 eur to call the reception!!!
