My first visit to Molfetta and 1820 Mare is in a great location right on the seafront. The historic centre, a lovely park, shops, sea and eating places are all within a short walking distance. The apartment is clean, comfortable and very well-equipped. The friendly host Antonio is very helpful. The train station is about 1km away and cheap train tickets can take you to other wonderful coastal towns like Trani, Giovinazzo and Barletta. A good base to explore the beautiful area. Molfetta itself is authentic and un-touristy - 1820 Mare is a perfect place to stay and I will definitely return.
Being right on the seafront and on a busy road it is very noisy at night… but it all adds to the experience - it wouldn’t put me off returning.

Disponibiltà dell' host e posizione del b&b. Comodo per tutti gli spostamenti. La storia del nome dato al b&b è molto affascinante e con il racconto di Antonio si rivivono gli attimi dell' 800.
