The accommodation was in an excellent area, a quiet street just off a main road, 2 short blocks from the Cappuccino Strip, an easy walk from the train station and to many of the places of interest. The breakfast selections were were wide - cereals, various milks, yogurt, assorted fresh fruit & juices, pod coffee or instant or bags, a selection of teas, bread & fruit bread for toast plus condiments, all nicely presented in a very clean kitchen. There is a pleasant dining room and access to verandahs for eating.

Location was excellent. Walked everywhere....Cafe strip, fishing boat harbour, gaol tours, Victoria Quay, maritime museum
Had trouble getting door entry keypad to work. Rang contact number. Contact person Richard informed I must be doing something wrong and it couldn't possibly be faulty. Another guest had same issue. Turned out we were pressing the buttons too long.... needed to be tapped lightly and quickly to work.

Bed was comfy with nice pillows. Breakfast options were great and nice area to eat. Code on doors a nice touch save having to carry a key or passcard. Shower was delightful.
Ants on floor in bathroom. Natural light difficult to have in bedroom as when shutters open everyone on street could see into bedroom and sitting area. Towels were very limited and very thin not fluffy. No hand towel given and only one larger towel per each person staying.
