Location was exceptional for the price, air conditioning was greatly appreciated. Host was communicative and willing to make the stay better for the guests.
Bathtub was inoperable, shower has lots of mold spots & drain is mostly clogged — bathroom can become pungent with dirty smell. WiFi (while greatly appreciated) was very unreliable to the point where it does not reach from half the bedroom to the bathroom side.

From the time we opened the door we loved the layout & spaciousness. The spa was an extra treat. Checkin instructions were well communicated and seamless and managers were very always responsive. Close to all Rome's attractions.
The only negative was the airconditioning does not perform adequately and although the temp was at minimum it was constantly hot in unit.

La struttura era molto bella, pulita, curata, efficiente, grazie al deumidificatore e al condizionatore sia caldo che umidità erano inesistenti, il letto era di una comodità senza pari, la televisione Smart si può girare in tutte le direzioni perfetta per godersela anche in vasca e la cucina è moderna e agibile senza alcun problema in due persone, sulla vasca ci sono solo belle cose da dire, una struttura eccezionale e sicuro ci ritorneremo nel caso dovessimo tornare a Roma
L’unica pecca è la connessione che era scarsa e bisognava stare vicino all’ingresso per poter telefonare, se venisse migliorato questo dettaglio la struttura potrebbe diventare molto più accogliente
