Acceuil très chalereux confort et propreté impecable que dire de plus quand l établisement et très agreable je recommanderais cette établisement a d autre personnes 5 etoiles
la gentillese des personnes qui le gére il sont trés gentil et le confort et parfait par rapport au tarif tout et ta porté de mains le centre se trouve a 1km5 magnifique

Хорошее расположение, номер соответствует описанию, замечательная и очень приветливая хозяйка Кристина. Отличная цена за хороший номер в пяти минутах хотьбы до каскада!
Встретили ночью, угостили кофе, все рассказали, даже помогали найти экскурсии дешевле. Огромный плюс-напротив их магазин со всем необходим по хорошей цене.
В один из дней хозяйка приготовила борщ и предложила нам, но мы после экскурсии забежали только переодеться и не успели отведать так как был заказан ресторан. Огромное спасибо Кристине за заботу! Следующий раз только сюда!
Претензий нет никаких!

La camera era dotata di tutti i comfort necessari e si è rivelata molto pulita. Va considerato che, trattandosi di un B&B, la pulizia durante il soggiorno non è prevista, quindi spetta all’ospite mantenere l’ordine, ma questo non è stato un problema.
Nonostante le difficoltà linguistiche (i proprietari parlano principalmente russo e armeno), ho apprezzato molto il loro impegno nel comunicare, segno di grande gentilezza e disponibilità. Siamo stati accolti con un buon caffè armeno e dei dolcetti, gesto davvero gradito che ci ha fatti sentire benvenuti.
Inoltre, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è buono. Di fronte alla struttura si trova un piccolo alimentari gestito dagli stessi proprietari, molto comodo se si vuole cucinare in casa: la cucina, situata al piano terra e condivisa, è infatti ben attrezzata.
Sorvolando sui dintorni della struttura, non particolarmente invitanti a prima vista per le strade strette, un po' buie e dissestate, in realtà sono molto sicure. La posizione è comoda, ma ci sono due aspetti pratici da segnalare:
- Su Booking non è riportato il numero civico, e quindi raggiungere la struttura è stato un po’ complicato (quello corretto è 138). La prima volta il taxi ci ha lasciati altrove.
- La struttura si trova a circa 5/10 minuti a piedi dal Cascade. Per arrivare in centro bisogna percorrere circa 200 gradini in discesa (e naturalmente risalirli al ritorno). Il monumento dispone anche di un ascensore, ma chiude alle 20:30, quindi conviene tenerne conto.
