This is a good economic accommodation in Yerevan at quite central location, quiet and safe. The room was small, but alright, and the bed comfortable, with a working table and chair, and warm (winter). The common wash area was good, with large sinks and good water supply, and the shower spacious, generous and good. Towels are extra. The bathroom was on the smaller side, with sometimes the lights fading. Toilet paper when depleted is always available in the bar area. The common kitchen and eating table are spacious, and there's free coffee/tea. There's also a piano and seating possibilities in the reception hall area. The manager was friendly and helpful. Wifi was very good. There are many restaurants, shops (incl. groceries), cafes, bars nearby, and the city center (Republic Square etc.) is just a 5 - 10 minute walk away, which is really advantageous - no bus, taxi etc. necessary. Entry to the place is straightforward with electronic code. Overall very good value for money for Yerevan, at central location.
Another chair and/or shelf in the room would have been good. A few additional kitchen items/facilities would have also been utile.
