Staff was amazing. Helpful. Friendly. Made me feel very welcome. Location good on the boardwalk side of the beach not swimming side.
Nice place. The room was nice even though I expected a bigger room the staff handled everything so well that it didn’t matter.

The location - easy to find and closer to restaurants and the beach
The breakfast was also simple and good
My room had no internet TV, so no Netflix or YouTube for a week
They need to provide more food options for breakfast especially for long stays

The hospitality, location, cleanliness. WOOOOW! What can I say, for the price of this hotel, this was incredible. Luxury in many places. Staff were insanely brilliant, location was incredible, staff even organised a surprise on entrance and a private shuttle to destinations! Will defintley be returning again!!!

The room was modern and clean.
The toilet didn't stay open and you had to hold it when you needed to use it, very terrible. The staff were extremely unhelpful and weren't able to answer a single question to our doubts about Durres. The receptionist at check in didn't provide any information at all about timetables. The private beach is grim and abandoned. The only coffee they provide for breakfast is an espresso and you have to chase the waitress to ask for one as they don't even look at you when you're in the restaurant. Wouldn't recommend the place.
