I was so excited about this leg of our adventure. Yala is a wonderful place to visit. I loved my rustic tent which was cosy and comfortable. The staff were lovely. The safari staff tried really hard to find us animals to see, but it was really bad weather and who wants to wander around in poor weather about from the water buffalo.
I think the weather didn't help our stay. I think the photos make the tents look better than they are. The bathrooms are very basic which wasn't an issue for me but were for some of my friends. I think the main issue was the staff were a little chaotic. One would tell us one thing and then it would be contradicted by another so we found it hard knowing what was going on and as we were having to be escorted from the tents to the communal area this did cause some issues. I think they could have made the communal areas a little more comfortable and welcoming. Idont think it helped that we came in the rainy season.

Great staff, great place and Great wilderness experience. They offer a real wildlife experience with their camp and offer various activities. It is right there in Yala national park and safari gate is very close by. Night walk was also fun and informative. Overall a great experience of calm and peace of wild away from city hustle and chaos.
Dinner option is majorly set menu buffet which I felt was a bit expensive for the portion sizes. However I understand that it is a camp so adjustments have to be made so great experience and will recommend it.

Very friendly staff and we had an incredible experience on safari with an amazing guide and driver. Tents are basic but comfortable and have comfort.
The camp is in the jungle and we had a big spider and mouse in our tent which disturbed our sleep.
The food is also a bit basic for the price.
