Prachtig, rustig en relaxed hotel op fantastische locatie

Het hotel ligt in een mooi bergachtig gebied. We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en konden meteen in de tuin lunchen, met prachtig uitzicht over de stad. Er stond een pizza-oven, waar we met veel plezier gebruik van hebben gemaakt. De kamers waren heel mooi (vooral de hoekkamer met het torentje), royaal en schoon, de bedden prima. Het ontbijtbuffet was uitgebreid en heerlijk, in de tuin eten was geen enkel probleem.

Très moyen au vu du prix de la nuitée !

La piscine et l’emplacement au calme

Le personnel a oublié de nous demander de régler la nuitée à notre check out ! Nous pensions avoir été débité sur notre CB. Ensuite ils m’ont envoyer des tas de messages pour trouver un moyen de les payer ! Le fait de payer est normal mais pas d’être harcelée par message ! J’ai trouvé ça très moyen ! Nous avions plus de 20 moustiques dans notre chambre à notre arrivée ! Nous avons demandé à ce que le nécessaire soit fait , hélas nous avons encore du faire le nécessaire par nous nous meme afin de ne pas être embêter la nuit ! Bref , je ne recommande pas vraiment !

Surrounded by mountains , away from any stress . Close enough to the lake and market .

Breakfast was pleasant . Paratha is good . Chai is excellent . The hotel on first arrival had beautiful lobby . Doesn’t seem to be your normal mainstream hotel . It has a more boutique vibe . The surrounding Mountain View’s are truly magnificent and calming . The room was a little smaller than I expected , but wasn’t a problem. Hotel has very laid back relaxed feel . Beautiful trees and tortoises roaming freely gave sublime atmosphere. Helpful staff . We would return .

The pool was freezing cold . I enjoyed the shock to my cells , but if arriving with small child then I recommend you to bring wet suit . The AC unit was facing the bed and blew directly onto us during the night . Normally they are placed above your head or to the left or right . Placing opposite was a mistake , and I feel bad for the hotel that they were advised wrongly on this positioning . It was too cold with the AC on its lowest setting , and too hot with it off . Next time I return , I will request a room without AC positioned opposite the bed . Hopefully they have .

Bel hôtel avec vue sur Pushkar pour un agréable séjour

L’emplacement à 15 mn à pied du centre de Pushkar et des gats. Literie confortable. Le restaurant avec vue sur la piscine et les pizzas au feu de bois qui n’ont rien à envier aux italiennes. Excellentes !

Ne pas avoir d’eau chaude le soir en arrivant à l’hôtel après une longue journée de route. Et être obligées le lendemain de laisser couler l’eau 15 mn pour avoir de l’eau tiède. Pas très écologique et éco responsable.

Sehr angenehm. Das Essen war sehr gut.

Alles war sehr sauber. Man konnte den Balkon genießen und war vom Lärm der Stadt weit genug entfernt.

Hätte mir gefallen wenn der Pool ein wenig wärmer gewesen wäre.

I would definitely go back

The building is just nice, the garden with the view on the swimming pool and the holy lake. We took the breakfast there and it was just son nice that we spent 1 h more at the breakfast table. The people there was very friendly and helpful, a special thanks to the manager Mahendra for all the good explanation and advice, and also to Mukesh for his kindness. Very nice, professional and we all feel like being special, not like in big hotel chain

We had some power cut off but just for a few minutes.

Very good

Friendly staff, calm and relaxing location with a nice view. Food is also good. Renovation was on going to refresh a bit the palace.

The location is fantastic up high on the edge of the busy part Pushkar the Palace was lovely stepping back in time with the grandeur staircase and furnishings, gardens and pool area are well cared from the female staff also the manager and staff were very helpful and the food fantastic .... Thank you !!! 😊

Fantastic stay with excellent ambience, location -the icing on the cake is the pet friendly policy.

Fantastic staff! really helpful and went of their way to make our stay comfortable. Must compliment Anita for the excellent service at the restaurant and helpful advice on places to visit etc.

Very Disappointing and over price and over rated

The only postive thing about this hotel was the friendly restaurant staff in particular a young lady call Rita. she was the only one that spoke resonable english and looked after us.

the hotel property is run down in need of a good refurbishment which is a shame as it a nice building with very nice garden and pool. breakfast was simple and limited choice couldnt even get an omelette The rooms were not very clean and in the bathroom by the wash basin was crawling with ants The location leaves much to be desired, it not far from the town centre but access is via a rough track and muddy in places But the worst was it is over priced for what you get over INR 4,500 before taxes.

Great location from where to explore Pushkar

Hotel located close to ghats, can easily walk there in 5 minutes. Hotel team try to help put as best as they can. Vikander at Front Desk especially.

Could do better in terms of international food items especially for breakfast. Hotel has been around for 15 years, looks like they are restoring parts of it. Shower leakage which was a bit annoying.

Exceptional

The location was lovely and the views from all around the palace were stunning. We came with our pet dog and they made him very comfortable. It was a very quaint and beautiful stay, especially the gardens. The staff were also very kind and helpful, especially the manager Virendra Singh! He made sure we got the best room and helped organize transportation around Pushkar.

There was some remodeling happening around the rooms so a lot of workers kept passing by our rooms. The water also took some time to heat up.

Avoid this place.

Location is good, but the approach road to this place is dirty.

This place should be classified as Dharamshala Or Sarai. Dirty rooms, Smelly toilets, Non working AC.... All that can go wrong with a hotel, happened during our stay. Avoid booking any activity from them, as they are careless and book wrong activities In short AVOID this place Additionally after my stay and payment, the hotel had cancelled the booking in Booking.com, to avoid my review!!!
