Amazing hospitality with mind blowing view of entries Pushkar town. It's worth every penny.
Food prices are on a bit of higher side. However the taste is good.

The property is really beautiful and great to walk around. The food is definitely good, and the staff are some of the most humble and amazing people.
I honestly never expected to see horses and tortoises here, but they were a beautiful surprise! The property is peaceful and quiet, with so many birds around, making the whole experience even more special.

The major issue during our stay was the frequent power cut-offs, both during the day and at night. Since it was summer, we specifically paid for an AC suite so that we could stay comfortable and avoid the heat, but unfortunately, the lack of electricity made it quite difficult at times.
Considering the room rates, I feel the services provided did not fully justify the price. There were also some basic amenities missing, such as a shaving kit, sufficient soap for the entire family, and a hair dryer. These may seem like small things, but they can make a noticeable difference to guests’ overall experience.
The property itself is beautiful, but some areas are starting to look a little old and would benefit from timely repairs and maintenance.
Another concern was the number of insects inside the bedroom and washroom. We also noticed quite a few lizards inside the bedroom and my family slept on the sofa coz one of the lizard fell on the bed at night around 2:00am . Regular and timely pest-control treatment would definitely help improve the comfort and hygiene for guests.
Overall, the property has great potential, but with better maintenance, reliable electricity, pest control, and attention to basic guest amenities, the experience could be significantly improved.

The location and Vibe was good and peaceful.
I was disappointed with my overall experience, mainly due to the poor hospitality and customer service.
The air conditioner in my room was not functioning properly. When I reported the issue to the reception, I was offered different alternatives, but the AC problem remained unresolved.
When I informed the receptionist again that the AC was still not working properly, his response was quite unprofessional. Instead of addressing the issue, he said, "Ma'am, we have many foreign guests. If the AC had been a problem, they would have complained." He also mentioned that foreign guests visit more often and have never raised such a complaint.
I found this comparison completely irrelevant. Many foreign tourists visit during the post-September season, whereas I stayed at the property in late June, during peak summer when temperatures are extremely high. Rather than resolving my concern, the receptionist continued to justify the situation and debate the issue politely instead of offering a solution.
The lack of hospitality continued even during check-out. Despite knowing about my unpleasant experience, none of the staff offered to assist with our luggage. They simply sat and watched while the two of us, both women, struggled to carry and drag our heavy bags and suitcases to the cab.
Overall, I expected much better customer service and hospitality. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing, and I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve guest service.
