The room was very small, but comfortable for one person. It's perfect for a solo traveler or a couple staying just a few days. The AC works great, and you can adjust the temperature yourself. The location is safe, very close to metro stations, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel. It's also walking distance to Sacré Cœur, with lots of restaurants and bakeries around. I didn't bother paying for breakfast since I could find something to eat just around the corner.
The fact that there were no microwave and fridge. I knew that prior to booking but having those would have been perfect.

Staff are so kind and helpful. I came long haul from Australia and they went out of their way to get a room ready for me as I was very tired.

It was lovely and clean. Staff were exceptional ! Fantastic location! The reception gave us a beautiful room 501 where you can see the Sacre Coeur which is my favourite building!
It was a little noisy in the street at night but it didn’t stop us sleeping
