Location was good, short walk to all facilities, eg pub, chemist, restaurants etc. Excellent water pressure in the shower.
We had a corner room and so I wasn't sure how to park (the angle) so I just parked and went to ask in the office but nobody was there. Went back to the room and nearly immediately a man came banging on our door yelling at me to park on an angle. He was quite aggressive. I said I wasn't sure as there were no signs to indicate the parking rule. He growled at me and walked away. He was the only staff person we saw so I can't judge anyone else. I wasn't a nice welcome.

The beds were comfortable and the shower was great
The bathroom was minuscule - so tiny! There was nowhere to put the soap in the shower, or anything else for that matter. The gap under the entrance door was huge and let in cold wind. A touch of paint would have helped on the skirting boards and the architrave around the entrance door. There were no hand towels and only a small rack to hang towels so we had to drape them over the chairs. There were no teaspoons to use for tea or coffee and we had to use a knife for stirring.

Good bed. Quiet. Nice hot shower. Decent tea and coffee supplies. It had a couch which many places lack.

Bed was nice, overall ok.
Lack of a bath mat, no hand towel. and when you turned on shower, water would go passed toilet and wash basin.
should have been a warning regarding using too much water in the shower. so ended up with a wet floor and no shower mat.
