Easy to find

Comfortable bed with electric blankets. Spacious bedroom with table & chairs and an efficient fridge. Good amount of bench space & adequate appliances and equipment. Unfortunately the couch doesn’t face the tv & extra pillows would have been more comfortable.

The ensuite, which is very nicely renovated with good hot shower, is very narrow but beautifully decorated and perfectly clean. The wifi which works perfectly in the office area disconnects in some of the rooms.

Good location, quite. Small room. OK for overnight. Clean and good shower.

Room was clean with renovated bathroom.

The newly updated bathroom did not have any shower caddy, shelf or soap dish to place your soap or shampoo while showering and only one small towel rail for everything to hang - no hooks. The new bathroom sink does not allow for the kettle to fit under the tap for filling and is not ideal for washing any of the dishes provided in the room. The WiFi was offline when we arrived however found it a few hours later. The external property lacks any sort of garden / pot plants or life, just brick and asphalt including the access to and including the pool area, totally unappealing. We arrived in 37C degrees heat to find a “back in 5 min” sign at reception and no staff on site at all. The sign also said the security cameras alerted the staff that visitors were on site. There was also a phone number provided. After approximately 30 mins of waiting and other guests also arriving we tried the phone number which did not work. The other guests tried the after hours number which was answered and they were told by a man on the other end he would chase up staff. Another 10 mins later the receptionist/ duty manager drove into the property apologizing that the owner was overseas, the manager had left the business and she was running two properties as a “fill-in”. She also pointed to a sticky note on the door and said that was her mobile number but there was was name or instructions to call this number for assistance. The whole communication process provided on site was a failure including incorrect WiFi information. I guess with one “fill-in” on / off staff member running two properties then both would be suffering.
