Ray was very good on communication. They even turned on the AC to my room several hours before I got there as it was 43c on the day knowing I was driving from quite far away abs would arrive late.

Ray's is normally a really good clean and friendly house. The problems i struck were not of Ray's doing and its just life that means you can not always get good guests. I would still stay there again providing it did not have the same guests.
Unfortuneately there was another guest staying there that did not think about other guests in the house and had to be asked several times to turn down his music which was replaced by their talking till 4.30 in the morning. Also the other guests were not exactly the cleanest, the kitchen floor was very dirty along with dirty pots sitting with food still in them over night and food left in the microwave. The table was unusable due to whatever had been spilled over that and the amount of groceries left on it.
