It is a delightful small hotel, a true antique albergo in the heart of an earthly paradise. This place literally inspires, brings pure joy, and is full of peace and serenity. But the greatest treasure of this house is its owner. In an exceptional situation, the host showed amazing generosity, nobility, and genuine human care. Such a rare and beautiful attitude towards guests is impossible to forget. Also, there is no breakfast, but if you love morning walks, there are excellent cafes nearby. So this is rather a plus, allowing you to start the day with a pleasant stroll. An amazing place with a noble soul, where you want to return again and again.

Amazing value for money at the most expensive place in the world! Clean, spacious and UNBEATABLE location, right in the heart of Cap Ferrat village and 5 mins walk from Paloma beach . Owners are really nice and willing to help. Beds are comfortable. safe and quiet location. For the price that you pay you can’t get better location and room size than this.

The noise. The hotel is located at the main street and we had a front-facing room, so there was a lot of noise until late and starting early in the morning. Ear plugs made it better but still very noisy overall.
