Great location. I come to Cap Ferrat often and this is the second time staying at this apartment. everywhere from the beaches for your morning and evening swim, the harbour for boat charters, to the village restaurants and shops for groceries, a brunch or afternoon rosé, to the beautiful streets and houses of the Cap are all walkable. It is a simple space but all you need and all equipment for cooking, washing etc. Bus stop is round the corner if you need that for trips to Beaulieu-sur-mer, Nice etc. Very safe and clean environment and wonderful local hospitality!
water pressure in showers is not great.

Initial pictures not corresponding to actual apartment. Later removed. AC making some noise. Sofa bed hardly fitting in the tiny living room.

Alloggiare a cap ferrat, il garage comodissimo, il supermercato sotto l'appartamento
L'appartamento è molto piccolo, non studiato benissimo per struttare gli spazi, la strada sottostante è rumorosa per il passaggio di auto, il terrazzo che viene mostrato in foto non è condiviso ma è di un altro appartamento
