Enjoyed it and was a good value.

Hotel on hill provided great views. Room was big. Had a full kitchen but no food supplies, coffee, etc.

The bed was harder than I like. Would have been better to know needed to bring all food supplies.

Stay was disappointing.

One staff member (lady) was very helpful in giving directions on getting to the municipal wharf. Pool was very nice.

No one at reception upon arrival. Had to ring bell. Still no one came. Finally called by telephone to an off site office. Room was poorly furnished and wall lamp hanging. A large breaker box (presumably for the pool) was inside the room. This hotel is more than 4 miles from La Ropa Beach. Don't book the standard room.

lovely place to meet others by pool

love the grounds,pool area.didn’t have hot water 3 days,no apology or adjustment.lady not very caring. stayed there previously,think need more effort to guests in&out of lobby. Also went to Wyndham for ideas of things to do.might offer more suggestions at El Morro.

lack of staff,housekeeping did great job though.

The view and pool area are the draws, the location with the increased prices, not so great.

The view, the size of the accommodation, the cleanliness and the pool area. A new bar down the road that serves some food. Combi service into town and Ixtapa. New lounges and umbrellas.

Price has gone up considerably from last year. Minimal kitchen equipment .Electric burners in the kitchen do not get hot enough to fry anything, have been like this for a few years. Place is getting more tired looking, less staff, new owners apparently. Nobody there after 4 or 5pm. Pool while clean, really needs painting.

I had a wonderful time. The place is beautiful and the views are breathtaking. The room was comfortable and loved the AC

I love that it came it AC. the views at night and morning were incredible. the vegetation is well taken cared of.

The WIFI would cut in & out. I don’t think that’s Villas El Morro’s fault. I think that’s a Zihua thing.

We really liked this hotel, the pool, the views and the service it provided.

The property is beautifully maintained with lovely gardens and pool. Great view. Stayed in the economic room, not fancy but comfortable with a nice little porch area outside which was shaded.

Stairs to and from town require some work (which we didn't mind), but there are cabs and Collectivos which will take you up the hill if you don't want to walk. Water was not hot, but got warmer in the afternoon.

Peaceful oasis..you do not want to go anywhere..it is just an ideal spot to lay back and enjoy.

The view is spectacular, and I spent a lot of time just looking out! The pool is well maintained and allows for several people to get together and talk. The view and room of #11 is incredible...we loved it.

Toilet leaked in pool house but other than that we had, and I had, a terrific stay.

Fabulous view into town and harbour; what a location! Pool was cool temp as well which considering it was late summer was a nice surprise

Once or twice i thought a teleportage system up the hill would be nice (kidding)

Amazing view, comfortable room, nice pool with view of the bay and the town.

Lack of restaurant and/or bar. Normally, this is one something I’d mention, but in this case, the restaurant is so far from other options (and about 200 stairs on a poorly maintained starway through dense vegetation). They already have a perfect space and setup for a bar/restaurant.

Our stay was pleasant, comfortable and very relaxing.

Loved the view and the pool.

Stayed in the little room under the pool and there was no internet. We were not aware of this before we came and nobody told us.

Still a great stay after 5 times.

View is fabulous, apartment is big, balcony is great. staff is friendly and helpful, very clean. Pool area is very nice. Restaurant food is good and reasonably priced. Many return clients and long stays. Easy walk into town, however steep stairs.

Some lounge cushions and umbrellas are not in good shape. Hot plates in kitchen do not boil water or fry meat, they do not get hot enough. Restaurant is mostly empty and would likely benefit from some basic promotion, even for hotel guests i.e. menus in the rooms and pool and room service(Phone)

Very Lovely Villas El Morro

Loved location on hillside overlooking Zihuat bay!Fantastic pool with tropical setting.very charming mini Spanish mansion. Additional dining area also added bonus;great staff,food tasty, convenient in lobby overlooking bay.
