About this apartment rental
A comfortable, well equipped, light apartment renovated in 2014. Situated on the first floor of the residence, 'apartplage' is ideal for a couple or family with 2 children. There is a large balcony from which to admire the magnificent mountain view. Table and chairs + 2 reclining armchairs to relax in. Newly installed, modern well-equipped kitchen including oven/microwave, dishwasher and granite worktops. Main bedroom leading onto the large balcony with double bed and high quality mattress. Different sleeping options available for children; mezzanine area on the first floor with 2 single beds and a TV. The hall on the same level as the main bedroom, can be closed off from the main living area, and the sofa bench here converts to a single bed suitable for a child or where a travel cot can be placed for a baby. We can provide baby equipment e.g.travel cot, bedding, high chair on request at no extra charge. Modern, high quality shower recently fitted. All bedding, towels, household linen provided at no extra charge. Plenty of parking spaces in front of the apartment. Free unlimited WIFI access.
The best feature of this apartment is its outstanding location so close to the lake, port and cycle track making it an ideal choice for couples and families who wish to enjoy the beauty of the environment either on the water, at the beach, walking along the lake shore or up in the surrounding mountains and all levels of cycling. A peaceful resting place for your vacation but with bustling Annecy easily accessible by boat (taxi boat) and bicycle. The apartment is regularly inspected independently which is an added reassurance for holiday makers.

This was a real gem of a place to stay. First and foremost, the host Jennifer was great! She was great at communication, really friendly, gave us lots of ideas of what we can do. She made sure we had everything we need. The apartment itself was just what we needed. It's not too big, but it has everything it needs, and I would say is bigger than the pictures would suggest. The pictures don't do it justice. The entrance hall is very convenient. Has space for storing suitcases, hanging closes, great space to get ready to go out, and a very comfortable seat/bed.We slept really well in the bed, and there were a few good options for kids/other guests to sleep. The apartment comes with so much useful stuff. Stuff for washing, lots of towels, blankets, bits to take down to the beach like chairs, mats, pool noodle, useful bits in the kitchen like oil, salt, tea and coffee etc. Not to mention stuff for us to enjoy like board games, jigsaws, DVDs, and a very cool 3d map of the area on the wall. The balcony was our favourite bit. The view from there is unreal. And waking up each morning to the sound of birds, it was idyllic. The area is amazing. So close to the beautiful beach with a bar, diving platform, grassy areas etc. It's easy to get to the bike path to get around the lake, plenty of parking. We also had access to their garage which had a bunch of bikes to choose from to go on bike rides. All in all, fantastic apartment, great host, very much recommend!

The whole region around Lake Annecy is beautiful, and this condo is in a very nice spot, not far from the lake.

The apartment is well furnished, comfortable, and has everything you might need. The location is ideal for access to the town and the lake. A bicycle was provided, which makes getting around just so much easier. The host was very interactive with me and quick to respond to anything I needed. I would happily come back again.

The location was great near the lake. The neighbourhood was peaceful.The bed was a bit small for couple and the balcony was to north direction. Maybe it's good when it's hot in the summer, but we missed the sun on balcony!
