Overall it was a good stay since im travelling for work but i can hear housekeeping is shifting trolley and talking to e

foods stall is within walking distance and easy to park

noisy sound during my stay, not sure if housekeeping is doing their job at 11pm

Checked out after a few hours and booked another hotel instead. Not ideal.

When we entered the room, the room had a foul stench and the windows were open. The hotel is really old and not maintained. The room is dirty and there were insects flying around. There was even a lizard in the bathroom. The aircon was pretty useless even at full blast. It looked like it was older than us and clinging on to dear life. Parking space for the hotel guests was full at two different times and if you were to park elsewhere, the hotel might not be able to look out for your vehicle. It was truly a horrible experience and we took the plunge to pay for another hotel instead.

Overall - some good, some areas to improve

Good service. Quite prompt and easy to contact. The location was near some shops so that was very convenient. Pillows and mattress were comfortable.

The toilet spray was leaking. The towels had a sour smell. There was no bar soap to wash hands, only one shower gel soap. A few of my family members were bitten by mosquitos in their rooms.

Bed is comfortable.. overall, the stay was pleasant. Tv channels was fair enough and so was the radio stations.

I would consider the same place again for my future visits to JB.

Overall was worth of the money paid. Service was good and fast.

The room was a bit dusty. Collection of dust could be found on the bed's headboard and the bathroom's window ledge. Apart from there, few stains can be found in the bathroom as well but overall is 4/5 for bathroom cleanliness. The card insert in the room was faulty (ROOM 203) which gave a noise and it was solved immediately as I was advised not to insert the card in the slot to switch on the electricity. Another instance that can be kept in mind perhaps for improvement; I was inside the room and one of the housekeeping staff opened the room door. I assumed that the staff had knocked on the door, but no response, thus, the staff proceeded to open the door to check on housekeeping matters. I admire their effort to make sure the guest is well taken care of in term of housekeeping but not to extend opening the room door while or without someone in the room (can enter the room if the door card is hung outside to clean the room).

Its still value to stay in for a short trip.

The location is quite convenience, commercial shops ,F&B or mini mart store available. The main road are wider & have public area car park.

Night time area main road lights not enough bright, feel unsecure. Hotel rooms cleanliness & air conditioner need to be improve.
