It was clean and the staff are really helpful and nice.
We stayed one week in this hotel. Room is comfortable too.

I like how new the hotel is everything feels clean.
Some of the staff arr friendly but not the older ladies.
I had an issue where i locked myself out by mistake they had a technician come help.me out almost immediately and he was very friendly and quick.
Lots of good food around the area itself. Across the street from some decent pubs.
The aircon is super good because its a new hotel. Its clean and well maintained.
Nice smelling hotel too.
The grouchy and unfriendly ladies at concierge not all are unfriendly just these 2 particular women. No smiles no acknowledgement no welcome whats so ever. I once asked for the wifi details but i did not realise it was actually pasted at the back.of my room door key card. She an zero empathy no smile just a judgement glare on me. I mean quit your job if you are so unhappy. They spoiled my stay and experience if not i would have given the hotel a much higher rating.
Even when i checked out no smiles, just looked for my deposit and handed to me. Never even asked how was my stay. Maybe i am expecting too much but it was pretty annoying.
They also did not clean my room on the second day. Not sure why but that was quite wierd and each morning when the cleaners are cleaning you can loud banging when they close the doors. Hey its a hotel people go to there to rest. Not to put up with your bad attitude. And whats worse we are paying for this.
Thr pillows were too small and soft and uncomfortable, very basic amenties even the hair dryer was not working. Only provides body shower gel no shampoo and standard tooth brushes and tooth paste.
Otherwise very mid amenities.
