Staff were exceptional
Sometimes too loud . But we were prepared for it .

Clean comfortable room good location very quite for sleeping was a little worried I'd hear the music from the top and the bar but perfectly sound proofed
The surprise 100 % deposit I wasn't aware until I booked in I mean it wasn't an issue as I left it how I found it also the warning the water wasn't fit for consumption and the €2.50 per carton of water should be at a minimum of 2 free and don't feel tempted to help yourself to any of the items left in the room I mean it's fine to charge something but prices a little excessive I feel but if you're aware of this it's a great place to stay and it didn't ruin my experience staff were great

Amazing as usual. All the staff regularly go above and beyond to ensure an exceptional stay. FRONT staff in particular deserve a special mention - Alex, Katie and Linda. We missed Ramesh this time.
They do an awesome full English too!
Nothing bad.

The staff are amazing, polite, helpful and very inviting. The rooms are clean, and beds comfortable if you like soft beds.
Unfortunately our room was right above the bar, and being my 4th time here it was the first time I was not able to sleep. The room was vibrating until 2am, you could here every little movement from downstairs. 5am onwards you here furniture moving from them cleaning. Usually we are placed on 2nd floor where the noise is not so bad and you can still sleep. The shower was ok but took a while for the hot water to activate.
