Was perfect location excellent property beautiful villa and surroundings.
We was told to check in for 3pm and when we arrived the owner had not finished cleaning he remained in the villa with his young daughter for 2 hours and 30 minutes when we asked him to extend our checkout he refused and we was told no. This ruined a special occasion as we was not able to make use of the villa from the check in time and had to wait 2 hours and 30 minutes before he actually left this wasted most of the day and I was very disappointed he would not extend our checkout lovely villa but awful customer service wouldn’t stay there again
