服務人員非常友善，詢問周邊店家，都能做出詳細，並中肯的回答，而且也會每天都打掃，忙了一天之後回到旅店，看到乾乾淨淨的房間，非常的開心。

感謝飯店免費升級，櫃台人員很親切，房間乾淨，床頭有usb插座可使用，浴缸很大，熱水很快水量超大，有免費停車場可以使用。
冷氣溫度不好控制，隔音稍微差。

Stayed in a quadruple room as a family of four. Staff were consistently unhelpful—refused an extra pillow because “you already have four.” Air conditioning was stuck at 26°C during summer and they said it couldn’t be lowered. When we asked for a fan, they claimed none were available, only to offer one the next day. Asked about a doctor nearby and were told, “Why don’t you Google it?” Poor service and unwelcoming attitude made the stay uncomfortable. Would not stay again.
