We had an excellent stay at Dandy Hotel – Tianmu Branch. The staff made the experience truly memorable from start to finish.
Jesse was amazing with online responses before our arrival and helped answer our booking questions quickly and clearly. Ruby and Tony greeted us warmly when we arrived and were incredibly helpful, including assisting us with the complimentary laundry service even late at night. Lester and Jason were also wonderful at checkout and helped support us as we continued on to the next part of our Taiwan trip.
The breakfast buffet was another major highlight. There were many options to choose from, the food was fresh and enjoyable, and the breakfast serving staff were excellent, friendly, attentive, and welcoming.
The hotel was clean, comfortable, well-run, and very welcoming. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay.
Nothing significant. Our stay was very enjoyable, and the service exceeded our expectations. We truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the hotel team.

The staff name Jason is very helpful and nice, he taking care of me and my wife always
And the manager is helpful too, he help me to set up to connect my computer with TV (another extend monitor)
The shower tower is too hard (old) not soft
