Il fatto che la Sig.ra Enza era presente alla consegna delle chiavi, il fatto che era tutto molto pulito, tutto recentemente ristrutturato e con l'aggiunta di alcuni "accessori", che spesso non si trovano nemmeno in alberghi con prezzi molto superiori.

sehr freundlicher Empfang und auch Verständnis für meine späte Anreise,
es lief alles problemlos, das Zimmer ist sehr freundlich und gemütlich eingerichtet, recht großes Zimmer,
Angebot von Kaffee, Tee, Wasserspender und kleinen Snacks im Zimmer
mit der Dusche braucht man etwas Geduld
