Ich hatte ein kleines Zimmer reserviert, es hatte aber alles was man brauchen könnte, sogar Klima-Anlage und ein Safe. Kostenloses parking vor dem Hotel vorhanden. Sehr weiche Bettwäsche und bequemes Bett

Pleasantly surprised at this lovely and well-run little hotel/pension. My room was immaculate and had nice balcony. Easy walk to nearby lake. Restaurant/pizza on premises. Friendly and helpful staff. Unbeatable for the price paid.
My room had Aircon and shutter so was quiet but some rooms on front may be affected by noise from road if light sleepers..but not extreme by any means..

Good value for Berlin during the Marathon weekend. Nice restaurant attached. Good firm bed. Clean room.Good shower. Friendly staff. Nice restaurants and bars nearby. Good to visit the old town in Spandau.
42 minutes from Spandau train station. Check in needs to run beyond 11pm (though made exception for me by 20 minutes). Nice hotel but I wouldn’t classify it as boutique.
