Matratze könnte komfortabler sein. Der Checkout hat nicht geklappt, weil das Sytem behauptet hat, es wäre nicht der Tag zum Checkout. Service hat des geregelt.

Sehr ruhig gelegen.
Es gibt leider keinen direkten Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Der Check in läuft über einen Computer. Was leider erst im dritten Anlauf geklappt hat.

It was close to Vivantes Klinikum Spandau. The room was spacious and clean.
No service at all. There is no reception, no housekeeping. If you need a cup of tea you can’t get it in the hotel - on Monday and Tuesday the restaurant is closed. was literally kicked out from their coworking space when I entered it to have a cup of tea / glass of water. I booked for three nights and because of poor service I wanted to check out earlier. The hotel system could not let me do this. Spent about 30 minutes resolving this matter. I didn’t claim any refund and paid for all three nights.
