The room was excellent and very clean. Room service was good, and the staff were especially caring toward our child they even provided warm milk for our baby at no extra cost. The view was beautiful, the location was perfect and walkable to the tram station, and everything was very convenient. The staff were friendly and supportive, and they even upgraded our room, which was a pleasant surprise.

The room view was exceptional and spacious. That made our stay worth it.
The breakfast was the same everyday and the chef was always unavailable when we requested food. We requested a creamy pasta for our baby and got half boiled pasta with some sprinkled cheese cubes. Fruits in breakfast buffet was very old and some were rotten.
