Very clean and comfortable cottage. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything needed. Comfortable bed. Very warm and cosy. The garden was lovely. Had no trouble parking opposite. Would stay again good value for money.

Beds were very comfortably, the kitchen was well equipped and as we knew from previous visits the area is beautiful.
I appreciate that there is little that the owner can do about this, but we were disappointed with the fact that the cottage sat on a very busy road with most passing traffic travelling far too fast, and due to the location, parking can be a problem. We found the cleanliness inside the cottage to be of a good standard although the three piece suit would benefit from a serious shampoo/dry clean/ spring clean/something! Additionally had we realized that the bathroom was downstairs and we were both going to have to negotiate a narrow spiral staircase several times a night, I don't think that we would have been so keen to book. The cottage need redecorating, inside and out, particularly the frontage, and lastly, on a lighter note, everyone seems concerned with the low ceilings, but on our first night, on a nocturnal visit to the bathroom I broke a toe on the step from the kitchen to the living room!
