The room was very comfortable with a large double bed, clean with excellent service every day. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent!
The only flaw was the lack of shelves in the wardrobe for storing my clothes.

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, conveniently close to Kyoto station (we walked on arrival and departure) as well as the subway (used to reach ICC each day), excellent breakfast offering both traditional and western options, decent fitness centre, laundry in the hotel basement was very useful during our stay.

The cleanliness of the room was not good. It was not vacuumed and our used glasses and cups were not changed overnight. Bottled water was also not provided. The family room booked was not spacious enough for a family of 4 adults.
