The outdoor space was excellent and very well maintained. The proximity to the beach unbeatable, we went every day and the walk to bluebird Cafe is just the right length for morning coffee and afternoon ice creams. We were there with two families (5 adults 5 kids) and there was lots of space for everyone to sleep, eat together, and two great sitting/living room spaces. The beds were very comfortable and everything felt clean. The house is someone's residence which means it's well equipped with kitchen and home essentials.
We did have young kids with us and there were lots of fragile and personal items around that young curious hands may want to explore. It's definitely not child proof. It wasn't too big an issue for us we moved a few things up out of reach and returned at the end but worth being aware of in advance. If you want to cook often in the kitchen and for larger groups there are lots of pots and pans but almost too many and it makes it a little challenging to both find things and work around what's there.

Plenty of space, very quiet and great for dog walks close by.
The upstairs of the property is quite modern and clean. The downstairs needs a good clear-out and deep clean.
