The location was good and only 20 mins walk to the Centre and Petit France. Also not far from the train station. The staff were helpful and I liked the fact they had vending machines available. My room on 2nd floor was clean and comfy and the shower was fine. I would say this is more of a single/couple hotel rather than a family.
The area was quite dark after 22:00

Good location, you have a tram nearby and you can walk 10 minutes to the Petit France.
The room was not very cosy and comfortable, but it was ok for this price. But it was not safety. By the night a man entered to our room! I suppose it was a man from the reception searching a place to sleep, but it was not normal. And the door didn't lock from inside - it was broken...
