It is super centric and in a good neighborhoud. Really close to the city center. When you ser the building it looks like every old building in town but inside was really cozy and the rooms inside really modern! Staff was super good and friendly.
The only issue I saw there is no elevator and no A/C in the rooms but it seems the same everywhere. I booked this hotel for the Gamescon and it was a bit pricy but thats also everywhere

Very friendly receptionist and easy communication. Clean room. Tasty breakfast.
Not so friendly breakfast staff :) Good old fan in the room made a lot of noise.

Good location for where I needed to be
Very small room, no elevator, no kettle or drink making provided in room.
You could purchase hot drinks from a machine in reception but only at limited times.
