Great location. Safe surroundings. Easy to connect with public transportation. Friendly staff, however a little bit inquisitive for international standards. Very quiet.
The bed was not confortable. TV remote control did not work properly. Check in was extremely slow and the application provided for self-check in did not work properly.

Lo positivo:
La Sra Ruth estuvo pendiente de mi llegada, que por cierto fue un poco tarde, se le noto ocupada por que estuviera cómodo en el sitio. La zona es tranquila, segura, no hay ruidos, esta en una buena ubicación.
Hay dos mascotas, bastante agradables, sobretodo el Gato!!
Lo no Positivo:
Fue complejo hacer el ingreso, se tardo un poco el registro.
La TV no funcionaba y aunque para mi no era indispensable, se resolvió, pero es algo que debería estar funcional al ingreso.
A mi ingreso el sanitario no estaba limpio, lo mencione y se corrigió.
El agua nunca salió Caliente.
