Camera ampia dotata di tutti confort, pulita, ben arredata.
Servizio d’accoglienza assolutamente da migliorare. Su Booking è indicato solo “check-in dopo le 16:00”, senza alcuna informazione su un limite orario. Noi e un’altra coppia siamo arrivati poco dopo le 23:00 e solo una volta davanti alla porta abbiamo trovato un foglio affisso con scritto “check-in dalle 16:00 alle 19:00”: prima di quel momento non avevamo ricevuto nessuna comunicazione su questa limitazione.
Nonostante ciò, avevamo cercato di avvisare: la mia amica ha chiamato e io ho inviato un messaggio tramite la chat di Booking il giorno prima, ma non abbiamo mai ricevuto risposta. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo telefonato e ci hanno persino chiuso il telefono. Dopo vari tentativi, una signorina ha risposto dicendo che il check-in era solo fino alle 19 e che non risultava alcun nostro contatto. Solo successivamente un signore molto gentile si è presentato, si è scusato e ci ha aperto la porta.
Materasso e cuscini non accordi alla livello struttura e prezzo.
