We LOVED our stay at Hotel Boka. The staff were so lovely and helpful and the breakfast was by far the best we've had across 5 countries in Europe! The restaurant has outstanding food and for dinner we were recommended the most delicious bottle of Slovenian 2017 Cabernet Franc which we are still talking about. The hotel has a gorgeous common area to sit and watch the mountains, where we sipped liqueur and watched the sun set. It's about a 10 min drive into Bovec town centre which was fine as we had a car.
Nothing!

Well run. Lovely staff.
Excellent breakfast and great chef for the evening meals.
The only reason I didn't give a top mark for the location was because it was next to a (albeit not very busy) main road.
Something we thought would be good to have in the hotel would be a large photo with a map naming all the peaks you can see looking across to the mountains.

Friendly and helpful staff and location
Beds need attention, very noisy place from passing traffic, bar no whiskey, no remote in room for aircon...Totally overpriced
