The staff overall. From picking us up from the port to the hotel. How they welcome me and my baby. Until we went home, all the staff, like literally all of them are so nice and friendly.
I like everything. The staff. The place. The beach. The restos. The food. The ambiance. The quality service. I like them a lot.

I had been wanting to stay here for years, and it didn’t disappoint! Such a beautiful, huge property. The staff everywhere were so friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and everything worked perfectly. Great restaurants. We loved the architecture, the gardens, the private beachfront, and the four(!) swimming pools. We had an amazing time and will hopefully be back.

Beautiful beach location with snorkelling and diving straight off shore. Very helpful staff. A large resort with choices of restaurant and very nice breakfasts with healthy options. The dive shop was well managed and good dive master. Lovely view and very quiet at night in the sanctuary villa.
Initially my booking was a room that turned out to be in the back hotel part of the resort (above reception) - it was stuffy even with windows open (no ocean breeze as blocked by buildings). I had to pay double my original booking to move to an ocean front villa but it was worth the payment as very lovely in comparison.
