Compliments to Raven (server) she was awesome and not at all happy to tell us ther kitchen was out of at least 7 items on the menu.
Towel bar in room falling off wall.
Noisy fridge and needed lamp in living area.
Food was delightful and Michael helped us get settled into our room.

One night stay and the best customer service I have had for as long as I can remember. The staff were knowledgeable and extremely helpful with everything. Being the middle of summer and 111 degrees, they came and got me in their cart for everywhere I needed to go on the property. The casitas are amazing and look to have been recently upgraded. Very comfortable bed and great amenities.
